What's the typical turnaround for a thumbnail?
Two to three business days for a single thumbnail from an approved brief. Retainer clients get same-day or next-day depending on the slot booked. Rush work is possible — tell us the upload time up front.
Do you create multiple concepts for A/B testing?
Yes. Testing is where most of the gain is. We can deliver two or three genuinely different angles — not colour swaps — so the test actually tells you something.
I already have an idea — can you just execute it?
Absolutely. Send the sketch or the reference and we'll build it properly. If we see something that could hurt the click-through we'll say so, but it stays your call.
Do you offer package deals or retainers?
Yes — monthly retainers for channels on a fixed upload schedule, and bundles for one-off batches. Retainers get priority queue and a lower per-thumbnail rate.
Do you also help with titles and strategy?
Title and thumbnail work as one unit, so we always weigh in on the pairing. Deeper packaging strategy — series naming, positioning, retention hooks — is available as an add-on.
Who actually designs the thumbnails?
A small senior team. Whoever takes your channel stays on your channel, so the visual language holds together across uploads.
Do you offer consulting or training for in-house teams?
